| I’m currently still working as an associate for the same firm, now known as Hurley, Reyes, & Guinn as an associate attorney. While this job was originally a temporary one, it has taken on a life of its own. As of approximately September, 2002, I am the only practicing patent attorney in the Lubbock, Texas area. Also, I have recently been hired as adjunct professor teaching patent law at the Texas Tech School of Law, with my course starting in January, 2003. | |
| I am currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, The Florida Bar, and the bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the bar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. | |
| I have also been admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. | |
