The Nockian Society
42 Leathers Road
Fort Mitchell, Kentucky 41017
The purpose of
The Nockian Society
is to help keep green the memory of Albert
Jay Nock by publishing a newsletter from time to time with information of
interest to its members and by helping to finance the publication of some
of his books. The Society does not engage in any political action and is not
out to change the world. Neither is its aim to idolize Nock or endorse every
idea embraced by him. It is not bent on bringing Nock's "message to the world"
which to him would be a "terrible thing to think upon." The important thing,
deviated Nock, "Is not who is right but what is right." His was a disinterested
love of truth and the society can keep his memory green by giving its allegiance, not
to Nock or any other individual, but to the truth.
