A word about my name:
While I attended Caltech I was known by "Dave Bradburn" and that
is still the name I use for academic purposes (e.g. the above papers),
for continuity. When I married Cecilia in 1984, we both took the last name
"Aragon" and so I am now known professionally as David Bradburn
Aragon. If this seems odd, think of Bradburn as being like a Russian patronymic
name or a maiden (in my case bachelor) name.
