Where to find me at work
I work with GaAs and InP based MMIC at Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation in Camarillo
California. I develop high frequency InP Monolithic Integrated Circuits
for the telecomm market. The applications are varied and here is a sample
of some recent work.
- Ka-band LNA (32-37 GHz)
- Q-band LNA (40-46 GHz)
- W-band LNA (94-100 GHz)
- K-Band Power Amplifier 26 GHz 1 Watt
- Q-band Power Amplifier 40 GHz 1 Watt
