Here are most of the vegetables, fruits, grains, etc. you can find in your neighborhood grocery store. For the most part these are the foods found in the USDA nutrition database. (Click on the box beside the common name to go there.) The notes about the origin and date of cultivation came from a number of sources (listed in the footnotes at the bottom).
