Mac F2C, a FORTRAN-to-C translator for Mac OS computers is obsolete and has been removed.

Mac F2C was a Mac OS "Classic" application that translated FORTRAN code into C or C++. Mac F2C is not needed under OS X for two reasons:

• OS X contains a command line console that lets you run the "standard" F2C tool.
• the GNU compiler suite that is part of OS X includes a FORTRAN 77 compiler (g77).

As there are essentially no developers left working under Mac OS "Classic", there is no longer any need for Mac F2C. It's time has passed and I have removed it from the web. Many thanks to the many Mac F2C users who provided support, encouragement, and assistance during the nearly 15 years that it was a useful tool for Macintosh development.
