 Engineer
  Monitored water quality at spreading grounds, analyzed and
  summarized results in bimonthly reports.  Wrote engineering
  report for recycled water project.  Maintained the WRD website.

 Graduate Student Researcher						Sept.'93-June'95
  Designed and performed experiments using such methods as TOC
  analysis, Spectrophotometry, and Microelectrophoresis to study the
  mechanisms of transport of polyelectrolyte-coated colloids in packed
  beds under different solution chemistry.  Performed ion exchange, 
  titration, adsorption isotherms, and filtration experiments.

  Maintained  data  entry  on  stocks, institutional  gifts,  and
  investment data into database.  Set  up  new  computer  equipment

  experimentally with the propagation of solitary waves in open
  branching channels.  Designed experiments, collected data, and
  presented results in seminar.  Used optical methods to visualize
  wave profiles.

  Designed and performed experiments to study the entrainment of
  air into water caused by jets of water.  Made water tank in machine
  shop, used visual aides to record experiments.
