FORTH, STOIC, POSTSCRIPT
I regard John Sachs' STOIC (Stack Oriented Interactive Compiler) as the missing link between FORTH and POSTSCRIPT. Here's a link to the contents of one of the public-domain STOIC distributions. If anyone has a more complete version I would be happy to host it or post a link here. I would also welcome a copy of the VAX version of STOIC from the DECUS tape.
