Other Zebra (and Related) Websites
The web is full of interesting information, and some of it is related to
zebras. I found the following links interesting, and you may, too.
- Yahoo's list of zebra sites. Not
many sites are listed now. Hopefully it will grow.
- Noah, The Animal Search
Engine is an Internet search engine dedicated to animal sites.
- The Global Web
Site maintains a list of sites related to endangered species and
agencies working to protect them.
- African Wildlife:
a WWW Resource provides a description about all types of African
wildlife. There is even a page about
zebras.
- The American Donkey and Mule
Society maintains the US registry for zebras and zebra hybrids.
- The Discovery Channel Online
features original stories produced specifically for the Internet on a wide
variety of topics.
- While Striping and
Camouflage in Horses may not be about zebras, it is very related.
- Schoolhouse Videos & More
has a very nice educational video collection that has a couple videos
about zebras. Due to their site's software, I cannot provide direct
links to the videos. However, two interesing videos are

Note that you might not be able to find a link to the video, but entering

- Z is for
Zebra
- For those of you interested in having a zebra on your wall, some
realistic zebra
sculptures are available. These use artificial fur and such, leaving
the living zebras living.
- Donna Hyora maintains a site describing the domestication of zebras, their
use in parades and circuses, and a bunch of neat photographs on her
Zebra
Mania site.
- Zebra Motors may not have much to
do with zebras (they make a sport electric car), but they have a nice logo
and a great name.
