Pandekager

These are thin pancakes, Danish style, almost like crêpes. They're good for dessert or breakfast, with powdered sugar or fruit preserves (Leif likes apricot best).

Ingredients

1 2/3 cupsflour
¼ cupbutter, melted
2 cupsmilk
3eggs
3 tspsugar
½ tspsalt

Directions

Warm milk and stir in sifted flour. Stir in a little butter, then the eggs, sugar, salt, and the rest of the butter. Fry in lightly buttered pan.
