Infrared Simulator Description: Air Force Phase II SBIR grant to design and build longwave-IR simulator for testing forward-looking IR sensors (FLIR) installed in aircraft. Zooming IR telescope can be positioned and re-configured for different aircraft. Currently under construction. My Role: Proposal author, program manager, schedule & budget, client presentations, engineering and optical design.
