Source Code for C16DB (a derivative of AceDB)

The source code is currently not availible for download directly from the website. To access the source, log in to date.tree.caltech.edu as user genome with password as described in e-mail. If you forget the password, you can e-mail tlxin@cco.caltech.edu, or one of the other members of the group.

There, you will find the source code, the executable (run it with the "run" script") and a copy of the human chromosome 16 database. Please do not alter any of these files just yet. However, feel free to run the program remotely on date.tree.caltech.edu using "xhost +" and "setenv DISPLAY" to get a feel for what it looks like, and feel free to look through the database and source code files.
