Responsible for budgeting, planning, and execution of major projects. These projects included release of our major software product, L-Edit, the release of our major software suite, Tanner Tools Pro, product specification and market research for Tanner Research's first hardware product, the development and roll-out of our corporate web site, and the organization and completion of our corporate move.

Operations Manager 1993 to 1997

Management of the operations, production, and office staff, including the preparation of and adherence to a yearly budget. Also responsible for project management of cross-departmental and office-wide needs, relations with outside corporations and government agencies, and negotiation of corporate agreements and purchases.
