Payment Information
A deposit of US$600 (HK$4640) is due May 1, 1998 to secure your place and to enable our agent in Chengdu to arrange vehicles, permits, and staff.
The balance of US$2900 (HK$22440), is due on July 1, 1998.

More information on what to expect and a packing list, will
be sent to you upon booking.
Cancellation policy
- If the trip is cancelled by us
then your money is completely refundable.
- If you cancel before May 15, 1997,
your money is refundable except for a $200 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel after May 15 and a suitable replacement is found,
then your money is completely refundable except for a $200 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel in the period July 1 to July 15 inclusive
(and no replacement is found), then
half your total payment is refundable.
(Note: dates are reckoned according
to Los Angeles time)
- If you cancel after July 15 (and no replacement is found),
then there is no refund.
- The silver lining: if you cancel then, depending on
our non-refundable expenses in booking
your transportation, hotel etc, some of your payment
will be considered
a donation to the project and therefore tax
