M A G I C

Hey, I finally got around to building another on-line effect! Check out my new WebEffect, a simple card trick. Of course, my first WebEffect, Diary of a Deranged Man, is still available for your amusement.
The performance of Magic and its history have become an absorbing hobby of late. I am currently in the process of "getting my act together" along with another magician, Cliff "The Magic" Ball. When (and if) that ever happens, a description will appear here.
Together, we are writing and producing a parlor show. The show will contain about 2 hours of entertainment, set as a two act production. It will include sets, lights, sound, costumes, and (of course) magic.
All of the effects in the show have been chosen for their stories, dramatic impact, and tone. Many of the presentations are entirely our own, as well as many of the effects themselves.
The show itself is still a work in progress. I anticipate a premiere sometime before the next century :-), possibly in the early part of 1998.

Our work has tended towards the Bizarre end of the spectrum. Often bloody, strange, disturbing, and thought provoking, Bizarre Magic attempts to make the performance of magic have direct personal impact on the performer and audience.
It is also fun to do.
I am collecting some of my scripts and making them available for reading and comment. Unfortunately, I am not going to give away methods. You will have to do some research in the classic books and magazines for those.
