President Bush said, "You're either with us or against us in the fight against terror." He said we will hold "those who fund them, who harbor them, who encourage them, responsible for their activities."

The Bush Administration has pushed an anti-drug program that says that you are helping terrorists if you buy drugs. The reality is that you are helping terrorists if you sell oil.

60 Minutes ran a report (1/25/2004) that showed how Dick Cheney's Halliburton has been selling oil to terrorist nations such as Libya and Iran.

It seems Halliburton has a supposedly-independent but fully-owned subsidiary based in the Cayman Islands. 60 Minutes went there and found that there is not a single employee of Halliburton or the subsidiary in the Caymans. 60 Minutes says that mail sent to the Cayman Island address of the supposedly-independent subsidiary gets forwarded to Halliburton's main headquarters in Houston.

Halliburton responded that the supposedly-independent subsidiary really operates out of Dubai. 60 Minutes found that they share office space and facilities there with the parent company. The only truly independent office of the subsidiary may actually be the office in Iran. If the subsidiary's real main office is in Iran, then Halliburton is breaking the law by doing business with the subsidiary.

U.S. Law forbids U.S. companies from doing business with Iran and Libya. There is a loophole that allows a truly independent foreign subsidiary led by non-U.S. citizens to do business with those countries. 60 Minutes has shown there are serious doubts about the independence of Halliburton's subsidiary that openly does business with these terrorist countries.

It seems that Halliburton's dealings with Iraq started before Cheney became CEO, continued while he was CEO, and still continue today.

"You're either with us or against us in the fight against terror."

It sure looks like Dick Cheney did business with terrorists as CEO of Halliburton.

If he did, it sure looks like Dick Cheney is working with the terrorists and against the United States.
