The Sights of Hopkinton, Part II

The single most amazing sight in town was entire ROWS of portapotties without a SINGLE person in line! The first time I saw something like this, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to "go."

"Backward Man" and friend were getting ready for the race. BM's friend had just written his phone number on the top of his back; I guess he was doing this to pick up girls. He certainly was a hunk!

I took this picture of the baggage bus in case I never saw my clothes bag again. I almost wish I hadn't. Note the easy access to each window with just a few runners bags in each one. At the end, the busses were parked lengthwise, with a single access point, and it took an hour or more for shivering runners to retrieve their bags - the only real BAA screw up of the day. Everything else was awesome.
